Please contact our Returns Department (email contact
@emistliquids.com) within forty-eight (48) hours upon receiving your package if an item is received damaged or has been incorrectly shipped by us. Your order will be considered as correctly closed without any issues if no attempt has been made to contact our Returns Department within 48 hours.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of any eLiquid whether it is unopened, un-used or remain sealed unless we have sent you incorrect eLiquid in your order. we do this to prevent tampering with our product and protect YOU - the end user.
Please keep in mind that taste is subjective! If you are trying a new flavour, please purchase a 10ml bottle before committing to a 30ml or 60ml bottle just to be safe.
That being said; if something is not right, please let us know! We want to make sure you are happy with our Vape Juice - If you are not completely satisfied, send us an email and we will see if there is anything we can do to address the issue.
- If returning an e liquid to us due to an error on our side in picking your eLiquid(s), our policy is to cover the cost of Postage Delivery Only.
- We only compensate postage cost of returns by adding eLiquid to the same value or more.
- The customer is responsible for covering the initial cost of the return postage until we reimburse as above.
Please let us know if you are having problems with our hardware, especially if it arrives DOA or fails soon after you receive it. We will do our best to find a solution.
You may return sealed Vaping Device Boxes and Tanks within 4 days of delivery. Vaping Device Boxes can also be returned after opening provided they are not Broken or Damaged, incurring a 25% restocking fee.
To return a Vaping Device, simply shoot us an email with the subject line 'Return Item'. Do mention the order number in the body of the mail and one of our executives will get in touch with you within 48 hours!
- You are responsible for all shipping, customs and handling charges on returned items (we'll reimburse the postage cost if the return is an outcome of an error on our part, subject to your return having met our Returns Policy and the image of the postage receipt is shared by you and validated by us)
- You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Therefore, we recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- In case of incorrectly shipped item(s), we must receive such item before resending the correct item.
- Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
- Your refund would be processed within 4 weeks of you shipping the item back to us. In most cases, you would receive your refund well before 4 weeks. This 4 week period includes the time it takes for the item to reach us, the time it takes to process your request, and the time your bank takes to process the request.
