Vape Juice Flavours

All of us wonder what exactly are the constituents in vape juices and e-liquids. The simple answer to this is sweeteners, tobacco, nicotine and added flavourings.

The very next question that pops up in our mind is what are these, and are these really safe for human body.

The obvious concern is also if there are any other additional ingredients that we might not be familiar with.

Don’t worry! We have all the answers to your concerns and worries. To start off with, all the e-liquids and vape juices are made of two basic components, that is, propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. Ingredients vary according to the different flavours that you choose, which may include natural as well as artificial flavourings.

Different brands use different ingredients for the same flavours that might be harmful at times. So you should always pay attention to the ingredients before purchasing vape juices and e-liquids, which are mentioned below:

  • Propylene glycol:
The use of propylene glycol, commonly referred to as PG, is to ease the vaporization in vapes and it also produces the smoking-like sensation in your throat while you inhale.

  • Vegetable glycerin:
The formation of clouds of vapors is with the help of this chemical component known as VG. It boosts vapor production that provides a smoother throat hit and embodies hints of sweetness to the mix.

  • Nicotine:
While many vape juices and e-liquids do not contain nicotine at all, the other all-tobacco e-liquids constitute of nicotine. Depending on the vapers preferences, the level or strength of nicotine vary.

The taste of vape juices and e-liquids are made up of a combination of artificial and natural flavouring chemicals like -

  • Vanillin: All of us know about this flavouring, the flavour of Vanilla extracted from a vanilla bean.

  • Tobacco absolute: When tobacco extract is used, it gives a smoky component to tobacco juices.

  • Linalool: Found in many essential oils, flowers and plants, Linalool brings out a herbal flavouring to the vape juice and e-juice.

  • Ethyl maltol: We all secretly love this flavour, as it is the same flavour you find in some sweets and candies. It is an organic compound, which produces sweet, bakery-like flavour.

  • Malic acid: This sour and fruity flavouris naturally found in fruits and vegetables, which produces the same flavoureffect in e-juices too.
